Tech Mahindra recognized as Leader in Infrastructure and Data Center/Private Cloud services - Pan America by ISG, a leading global technology research and advisory firm

In its ISG Provider Lens™ Quadrant report, “Infrastructure and Data Center/Private Cloud services,” ISG evaluated Tech Mahindra as a Leader across Pan America for Managed Services and Transformation services. The report evaluated a total of 42 global providers of Infrastructure Services. The service providers covered in the report can operate in a minimum of four countries across North, Central and South America, and can support at least three of the four official languages (English, French, Portuguese and Spanish) while delivering services at scale.


The ISG Provider Lens™ quadrant was created using an evaluation matrix containing four segments – Leaders, Product Challengers, Market Challengers & Contenders, where the providers are positioned accordingly.

As per ISG, “‘The Leaders’ among the vendors/providers have a highly attractive product and service offering, and a very strong market and competitive position. They fulfill all requirements for successful market cultivation, and can be regarded as opinion leaders, providing strategic impulses to the market. They also ensure innovative strength and stability.”
